1Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the KutCut desktop application, associated services, or the website at kutcut.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use or download KutCut.
2License & Creator Ownership
KutCut grants you a personal, non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable license to install and execute the software.
Your Content Rights
You retain 100% intellectual property ownership of all videos, audio files, captions, images, and projects rendered through KutCut. We claim zero ownership, royalty, license, or distribution rights over your creations. You may monetize, broadcast, publish, or sell your exported videos without restriction or attribution to KutCut.
3Acceptable Use Policy
When using KutCut software and services, you agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble proprietary binary components in violation of applicable laws.
- Distribute modified, repackaged, or trojan-infected copies of KutCut installers under our trademark.
- Use KutCut to generate, produce, or export unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or harmful content violating applicable laws.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the official update servers or network infrastructure.
4Future Pro Upgrades & Paid Add-ons
KutCut offers a powerful free starter tier that includes non-linear multi-track editing, 4K rendering, and watermark-free exports. In the future, optional paid Pro upgrades (such as cloud asset synchronization, multi-seat studio collaboration, and premium third-party effect packs) may be offered under transparent pricing without forcing subscriptions on existing core capabilities.
5Disclaimer of Warranties
KutCut is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. While our team works tirelessly to optimize GPU rendering across Nvidia, AMD, Intel, and Apple Silicon, rendering performance and system stability depend on individual machine hardware, drivers, and operating system configurations. We encourage regular project saves and backup protocols.
6Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to revise or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the software after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
